WHO WE ARE
Paulistana Predial Maintenance is a family-owned company, since 1993 providing high standard services.
In 1997, they started in the hospital business, serving the Hostpital São Luiz, Itaim Unit.
During the following years, we provided services to other institutions such as: Hospital Sírio-Libanês, Hcor, Hospital São Paulo and Hospital Samaritano.
In parallel, we provide high-end residential services in the capital and coast of São Paulo.
In 2018, we started providing services to the public sector, serving institutions such as CEFET-MG, CPC/PM-SP, Hemocentro Posto Clínicas, FMVZ-USP, SSP-SP.
Currently, our main references are the Itaim and Morumbi units of Hospital São Luiz, Condomínio Parque das Árvores (Alto de Pinheiros - SP) and Hospital Serra Mayor.
